Love Arizona! Food is great I enjoy trying new sides and drinks Laura is the BEST! Had her as a server and went in while she was behind the bar- great experiences!

Stephanie served our large party of 13, and she was wonderful! Food came quickly, all orders were correct, and she responded graciously & lightning fast to requests for extra sauce, dressing, drinks, etc. Food was delicious! Altogether a very nice experience.

We had a wonderful meal and Matt was a great server. He was super friendly even though the restaurant was busy and gave us all the time we needed. Also, Alex who sat us down was super friendly as well!

Great food, server was very kind. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars because a bistro steak isn't a thing. "It's the closest thing to a sirloin we have". It was a hanger steak, which are great, so I enjoyed it. Just call it what it is. Bistro steak isn't a thing.

I absolutely love this place! Food is always consistent and good. The bartender, Chris, is attentive, professional and friendly. I would highly recommend this establishment.

It was my hubby's birthday and Stephanie made our celebration so special with her attentiveness and recommendations. Our dinner started with the mule drinks abd the calamari, all delicious. Our steaks were cooked perfectly and the mac&cheese was awesome. Our thanks and appreciation for making this occasion extra special. Thank you, Stephanie!!

Simply superb! We enjoy delicious meals every time we frequent Arizona Steakhouse. No complaints. Clean dining room, nice atmosphere, reasonable prices, good-sized portions, homemade salad dressings.... Yum!! We dine here for celebrations and birthdays. :)

I came to eat lunch for the first time with my father today and all I can say is WOW!!!! The food was great and the sangria was delicious especially for $5!!!! Most of all the server Charlisa was above and beyond amazing!! She has a great personality and she was funny and attentive. I will definitely recommend this restaurant to all my friends.

Excellent restaurant. We had a great time while eating here. The service was excellent and our waitress Stephanie was very friendly and helpful. I had my two picky teenage nephew's with me and they loved the food. Everything came out hot and fresh. Prices were very affordable. We would most definitely eat here again.

I just came from an office Christmas party at Arizona and it was the worst experience I’ve ever had. Our menu was prearranged and we were told it included salad, lunch, drink and that all gratuities and taxes were taken care of. When I got there I was told I couldn’t have a salad with my chicken. $22.00 for a small piece of chicken (which was very tasty) and one side... and no salad. I have never heard of such a thing. Bread plates were in the table but no bread and butter was served. I feel one of their little tiny salads should have been provided to satisfy the customer, but since their salad was more important to them than customer satisfaction, I will make sure I never hold a party there or frequent the restaurant myself ever again. Been here plenty of times and it's always a great time. Went for restraunt week. My what great food we had. I think we brought half of it home. It was so delicious. Service was spot on. My wife always likes the prickly pear margarita and prime rib soup.

Appetizers are the best part. The steaks weren't nearly as flavorful as I expected but they were cooked just as we ordered them at least. Max and cheese is good too

Fried green tomatoes and cheesy grits were awesome and the filet was cooked perfectly. Waitress was very nice and took care of us well

Charlisa was so great! We wouldn't have even known it was her second day. The food was great. I wanted my husband to try it, and he said it was definitely worth it!

Wednesday night is always girls night for any of us friends who always go to Arizona’s! The food is fabulous and the service is excellent! Kat, the bartender is the best! As soon as she sees us she always gets our wine ready, as Wednesday’s is half price bottles of wine! I highly recommend Arizona’s!!

What a WONDERFUL experience! I recently visited Arizona for the first time and my experience at this restaurant was met beyond expectations I would like to praise my server Nariah she was very sweet and personable she made sure I was comfortable as well as satisfied. When trying decide what to choose on the menu I mentioned to her that I love burgers so she suggested that I try The Grand Canyon burger and to add fried onion strips! What an excellent choice the burger was cooked as requested and tasted amazing! This great first visit to Arizona will have me coming again to bring family and explore more of Arizona's menu. Thank you Arizona and staff and another special thank you to my server!

Delicious food, great service. The hostess was dry. Everything else was wonderful. Steak was cooked perfectly!

I just want to leave a review for this fine restaurant that I visit at least once weekly. They have a great variety of food, but I pretty much order the same thing every time I eat there, the "Allen Street Special." It is the greatest chicken sandwich on earth! On this particular visit my waitress "Laura" had my drink on the table before I was even sat at the table. If that isn't exceptional service, I am not sure what would be. Please visit this restaurant, you will not be disappointed!

The service was wonderful tonight and the food was really good. I really loved the gravy, it was the bomb.

Ugly meal. Ordered a shaved prime rib sandwich that had HUGE pieces of meat, with no taste, and looked nothing like prime rib. Will never go back. If I could give you a minus rating I would. Really disappointing ☹️😡 just wasted my time and money going there 😠

We visited this restaurant about two weeks ago! It was our first time at Arizona steakhouse, the food is amazing! I love the mac and cheese!! Our server Tawney was the sweetest person ever! She did a wonderful job helping us pick our entrees since it was our first time there. If you decide to go ask for her, you want be disappointed!!

The atmosphere is nice but a little too crowded. The steak was not a good cut and it had too much gristle in it. $27 for a 14 oz steak like that is way too expensive. Service was just ok, not too attentive, we didn't get our dinner rolls until right before our entree came out. They use to be top notch but it certainly wasn't this time. A lady sitting close to us returned her filet, while we were there.

So my husband and our family attempted to eat in your restaurant this evening and as expected there was a wait. And that’s fine it’s Valentine’s Day we understand that. We had a party of 8. So while waiting we watched people who had gotten there after us get seated right away. 2 people to a party booth and then a 7 top at the round table as you walk in. We were told the 7 top paid to sit there. I’ve been in the restaurant business for 9 years now and have never heard of such. But that’s not all. Then a very kind server brought out an appetizer for your guest for the 1 and a half wait which was greatly appreciated, until your hostess decided to dive on into the spinach dip. That was extremely rude of her and looked really bad on your business. She couldn’t even wait to see if we wanted to partake in it before consuming it? We come to Arizona for every special occasion and have never had such a terrible experience.

Recently dined here and had Laura as my server. She was super knowledgable about the menu and made great recommendations. I love margaritas and she suggested the prickly pear margarita and it was great! She was super attentive and overall had a great experience. Will definitely be back.

My last 3 experiences in the last 2 months have been horrible. This was 1 of my favorite restaurants, but the customer service and food quality has declined tremendously. Sadly I will not be returning any time soon.

The food and staff are awesome...I will continue to eat there.

Absolutely Amazing dining experience ! Highly recommend. When my family and I first arrived we were warmly greeted & seated in a timely manor. My server was very professional but also very kind hearted to my children & made sure to speak to them in a way I’d hope to see more often in any place of business. Our drinks were refilled at just the right times without having to hound & our food was served within reasonable amount of time. They even made sure my kids food was not too hot, but still fresh (: Absolutely Amazing ! Make sure to ask for Stephanie, she was the lovely server who made this experience the best that she could !

My family and I had a wonderful experience. Overall all the food was great and our server “Lisa” was magnificent. Her customer service skills were on point. My family and I will definitely be back.

Very limited on your choices if you don't want the side they have chosen for you. The salmon comes with a jalapeno grits and if you can't eat them you can't sub it you can only tell them to hold them and pay for another side. Server was not very helpful at all.

My husband and came I came here for his birthday. It was one of the most exquisite, elegant wonderful feelings we have ever experienced in our lives.our waitress, Stephanie treated us like we were multimillionaires like we were true royalty King and Queens 🤴🏾👸🏾our entire meal was delicious and both of our steaks🥩 were cooked to perfection. It was so divine we are going again.if I could rate this with 1 million stars they would have met my expectations.God bless everyone in Jesus mighty name hallelujah Amen 🙏🏾

We ate here Friday night. We were told it would be a 45 minute wait. After waiting an hour and a half I asked about how much longer. The manager said we had 4 parties in front of us. We ended up waiting 2 hours. I am diabetic and could tell my blood sugar was dropping. The manager had an appetizer delivered to our table as soon as we sat down. The server was exceptional! She started her sift at 9 AM. We left around 9:45 PM. Zhe said her sift wasn't over yet. Despite workjng all day she had a great attitude and was so kind. We will definitely return.

Terrible experience. If this business fails it won't be because of the corona virus! Restaurants need to be a bit more mindful of the customers that support it. Would not recommend.

I came into Arizona and ate for the first time the other night i had a great experience my server Lisa was prompt and made sure I had everything I need it. She actually recommended what I should eat for dinner and the drink I should drink. It's not often you find great food and great service in the same place. Thanks Lisa for the great experience I'll definitely be back.

We have been enjoying this restaurant for years! Definitely 5 stars! High quality food, excellent portion sizes, large pour on wine for a great price, lovely atmosphere, and great service! Food prices are a little higher than average, but definitely worth it!

Amazing as always.. Jennifer provided nothing less than STELLAR service. She was on her game tonight and made the evening pleasurable. Ask for her table next time you visit.

The food was good and the service was excellent. It was a pleasant atmosphere and friendly environment. Bathroom was clean. Our server was very attentive, gave good advise, and answered all of our questions about the menu. Food came out hot and within a good time frame.

Arizona is our go-to for dinner in Simpsonville. We usually go twice a week. The food is great and the service is awesome. We always sit at a high top table at the bar and have gotten to know the bar staff well. On our last visit (Friday night) our server was Tawny T. She was great, very friendly and attentive to our needs. Chris and Kat from the bar always make sure to say hello to us even if they are not our server. Some of our favorite menu items are Tiger Shrimp, Salmon BLT, The Delmar, Prime Rib, Father Kinos Filet. By 6pm and after you may have a wait, but well worth it. Highly recommended.

I have eaten here a few times & the food is delicious and the service is great. Tawney was our waitress the last time and she was very attentive & made great recommendations! Check them out, you won’t be disappointed!

Arizona’s is usually pretty good, but the last time I went was an exceptional experience because Tawney was my waitress. Not only was she attentive, but she recommended us delicious items on the menu when we didn’t know what to order. Tawney is a key employee to the success of this restaurant.

Poor food quality not worth the price which was charged. The menu was filthy and torn. The booth which we were seated in had a broken seat and there was some sort of white spray all over the wall and on the blinds. I thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt as the place was crowded. The other 3 people in my group and I ordered. The food took forever but, the server was nice. Customer service was great. When my food arrived not only was the food all cold in the middle some was still frozen the other members of my party food was of good quality not great but good.

Great place! I came to Arizona’s to enjoy a nice lunch. Was kindly greeted by the bartender (Lisa) and was taken care of promptly. I had their classic Zane Grey burger with the delicious shoestring fries and Lisa made sure I had everything I needed! I would recommend this place to anyone. Will probably come back and eat tomorrow! 🙌

We were seated at the 'overflow' dining space (the one that has a fireplace). Loved the quieter atmosphere in there but alas, it wasn't for long when a group of eight high schoolers were seated next to us.Overall, this place serves excellent steak and even their salad is a level above other steakhouses. Love the side dish choices. Excellent service too. Busy on weekends like all good steakhouses. Worth coming out here.

This place has been on my go to list for years. Come here at least once a week. Cannot recommend it enough! Great food and a proper bar serving excellent house-developed cocktails. While the service is always good, Joey is freaking awesome and when Chris is working the bar the drinks are amazing!

I recently arrived in Simpsonville from Boston. Looking for a nice place to have dinner with my family we stopped at Arizona Handcrafted. We had a great time and a Sever named Shanon who made recommendations for dinner and drinks. My family found it refreshing that Shanon too time to talk to us and made us feel that we were regular customers. I am not what your management team does for training but it is working. Keep up the good work and it was a pleasure to have Shannon as a Server.
